Turbo Dryer is used for drying purposes; it is needed when the raw material moisture level is higher than the required moisture level, it is second need for making White Coal. Because with moisture not feeding the raw material into the White Coal machine, if feeding, not give better production of White Coal.

Before the raw material goes for the production of White Coal the moisture content in Agricultural and Forestry waste is evaporated through Turbo Dryer. This machine has a capacity of evaporating moisture content of around 450 Kg in an hour with 1500 Kg of output. Turbo Dryer is assembled with screw conveyor, vibrating screen, feeding hopper vane guide and a pipe that drives the wet or moist air out in the form of hot air.
